MANILA, Feb. 8 – The Philippine Academy of Dermatologic Surgery Foundation, Inc. (PADSFI) will hold its 9th Annual Convention on February 10-12 at the Edsa Shangri-la Hotel in Mandaluyong City.
PADSFI, an affiliate of International Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ISDS), has adopted "Masters 102: Cutting Edge in Dermatologic Surgery" for its convention theme.
The three-day national convention will feature leading Filipino and foreign medical specialists as speakers and participants.
Dr. Cristina A. Puyat and Dr. Rommel P. Cabalies will act as chairman and co-chairman, respectively, during the pre-congress live workshop.
Among the convention faculty members are Anthony V. Benedetto, Do, MD (USA); Reha Yavuzer, MD (Turkey); Tomoyuki Takahashi, MD (Japan).

The pre-congress workshop will be held on February 10 at the Lung Center of the Philippines where various procedures will be demonstrated by foreign and local professors.
Dr. Benedetto, a world renowned dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon, has authored a number of books in dermatology which include Botolinum Toxin in Clinical Dermatology .
Leading dermatologists, cosmetic surgeons and other noted physicians who practice cosmetic procedures from the Philippines and abroad are among the 300 delegates to converge in the country for the convention.

Greetings of Peace and Amazement to the greatest Dermatologist in our country.
Being a dermatologist is a very tough profession. Aside from the years that should be obtained in order to be a licensed and well trained physician , you still have to handle different struggles and trials to your job. That is the mere reason why i admire and adore all the dermatologist. This is also the reason why i wanted to become a Fellow Dermatologist just like you. I want to help the people by using my knowledge in medicine especially nowadays that our environment are facing different types of bad hazards radicals. I’m only 16 years old but I’m dreaming already like this. With the mercy of God, i am hoping to reached my dreams and ambition just like you dreamed for it before when your still at my age. From the bottom of my heart, I wished that you will still continue to inspire every people who admire all of you all this time.
