QUANG NAM, Dec. 28 — The Border Guard 260 in Hoi An's Cua Dai Ward rewarded seven fishermen for rescuing people from icy seas on Monday.

On Sunday, a military vessel carrying 29 soldiers and six residents overturned in rough seas as it was returning from the island to the mainland. It was only 400m from the coast at the time.

Twenty-eight of those aboard were saved by fishermen and soldiers. Three others drowned in the incident. The third body, soldier Le Van Chi, was found yesterday afternoon by a local resident about 100m from the coast.
