Hong Kong's Secretary for Justice visits Beijing

HONG KONG, May 30 — Secretary for Justice of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) government Wong Yan Lung began a three-day visit to Beijing on Wednesday.

The Information Services Department of the HKSAR government said in a statement that during Wong's stay in Beijing, he will exchange views with relevant officials on legal issues such as the further promotion of Hong Kong's legal and arbitration services in the Mainland, including the development of these services in Qianhai in Shenzhen, and the establishment of the Asia Pacific Regional Office in Hong Kong by the Hague Conference.
