MANILA, July 26 — Solaire Manila-Bloomberry Resorts Corp., in partnership with the Parañaque City Government under the leadership of Mayor Florencio Bernabe, Jr. will hold a job fair as it gears for the opening of its new resort and gaming complex at the PAGCOR Entertainment City on the first quarter of Year 2013.
Bernabe said the job fair will be held on July 27 and 28, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Event Center at 3/F Building B of SM City-Sucat in Brgy. San Dionisio.
The city government continuously exerts vigorous efforts to improve the livelihood prospects of its citizens. Apart from providing free training on priority skills needed in the different industries, it organizes residents and helps them establish community-based income-generating projects; and coordinates with companies and employers for the conduct of job fairs., Bernabe said adding the activity is coordinated by the Parañaque Livelihood Resource Management Office (PLRMO).
Offered are jobs and career opportunities in various positions in its gaming; hotel; food and beverage; facilities and engineering; information technology; housekeeping; finance; marketing and brand (advertising); corporate development and planning; legal and regulatory affairs; and warehouse and purchasing departments.

The first phase of operations of PAGCOR Entertainment City will have 500 hotel rooms, restaurants, a 1,000-seat grand ballroom, 3,000-slot parking area, a fitness center and spa anchored by a 27,700 square meter gaming area containing 1,200 slot machines and 300 gaming tables.
