PRO XIII looks forward for CPNP’s 1st regional visit

Butuan City, Feb. 27 — Police Regional Office XIII officers and personnel are eagerly looking forward to the first regional visit of Philippine National Police Chief, director gen. Alan LM. Purisima, who is scheduled to arrive here early morning Friday.

No less than Caraga PNP chief CSupt. Getulio P. Napenas supervised the physical and other necessary preparations for the visit of the country’s top cop. Purisima and party are expected to arrive early morning Friday where he will be afforded with a battalion-sized “arrival honors” at the Camp Rafael C. Rodriguez parade grounds.

He will be met by the top regional and provincial PNP officials led by CSupt. Napenas. He will also be expected to give his guidance to the regional police officers and personnel right after the arrival rites, before conducting a command conference with the top police officials and other support units here in the region.

This will be the first regional visit of PDGen. Purisima in Caraga region after his assumption as the chief of the PNP. ”As far as our regional police headquarters is concerned, all is set for the expected visit of our PNP chief,” PSupt. Martin M. Gamba, chief spokesperson of PRO XIII said. (PNA)
