TACLOBAN CITY, Aug 27 — The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) is slated to conduct another Diskwento Caravan this Thursday focusing on basic and prime commodities.
The activity will be the 24th of the series of caravans for this year which the DTI has initiated to provide Leyteños, especially Yolanda survivors, with supplies of much needed basic and prime commodities at discounted prices.
Participants to the fair include Nestle Philippines, Unilever, Gardenia,Procter and Gamble, Nutri Asia, Abunales Chicken and River Valley Distribution, Inc.
The one-day activity from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. will be held at the Balyuan Area along Magsaysay Boulevard this city. (PNA)
